This package is for the couple who would like complete assistance with the design, planning, and coordination or their wedding. Planning your wedding is an amazing experience, but it can also be a lot of work! We will serve as your personal event concierge to plan every detail with you and execute those plans to produce a remarkable and extraordinary wedding. This package allows you to give input while we do all the heavy lifting! This package includes all services listed in the It's Your Day of Package as well as the Peace Lily, plus:

Complete, step-by-step wedding planning and design from the time of booking

Provide an initial wedding budget allocation sheet, based on your overall target budget

Wedding venue search and recommendations based on your wants, needs and budget

Schedule site visits and tours with the venues you are interested in, thus allowing you to sit face to face with the venue and go over contract options

Comprise guest capacity, catering options, ceremony location and hotels near your top 2 venue choices

Compile a comprehensive rentals list based on your wedding design, guest count, and menu

Establish priorities, develop and track the budget throughout the planning process

Provide vendor recommendations, assist in contract negotiations and confirm bookings

Handle all appointment scheduling for your vendor meetings

Provide referrals for gown boutiques (custom and retail), officiants, transportation, hair & makeup artists, tuxedos, element's

Send you reminders for all important events and due dates throughout the planning process

Assist Bride and Groom in the design, wording, and ordering of all custom stationary including save the date cards, invitations, menus and any additional printed materials

Stuffing and sending save-the-dates and wedding invitations

Assistance in obtaining marriage license

Present a design board with suggestions on timeline, color scheme, florals, decor, table settings, etc.

A second Coordinator is required for all barn/farm weddings, vineyard weddings, arboretum weddings, South Asian weddings, big multicultural weddings, private home weddings, and or large open space/nontraditional venue weddings that require a lot of setup and have even more logistics to manage than the average wedding. Additional fees will apply.

Lily Package
Investment begins at $3,500
The Lilly Package is for the couple who has completed their planning (or plans to do so) and is looking for a Wedding Day Coordinator to execute their vision.
This package will allow our couples to relax and be a guest at their own wedding!

The Peace Lilly Package includes the following service:
2-3 in-person meetings – one of which will be the venue walkthrough. We want to learn your wedding vision inside and out!
Complete wedding management and day-of execution for up to 12hrs.
Wedding Vendor Recommendations
Review all your vendor contracts as needed to understand exactly what will be arriving day-of.
Venue walk-through to go over the details and logistics of the wedding day.
Identify any missing pieces to the wedding day that may have been missed but are essential to run smoothly.
Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract. Any phone and video chats need to be pre-scheduled ~ We are always here for you!
Monthly email check-ins to ensure discussed details are going as planned, no matter how far out you book us -we are in this together!
Timeline creation and wedding day “game plan” distributed to vendors. – we keep everyone in check!
Vendor management – we will coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors listed on your DMS vendor form and confirm their arrival times, get insurance info, meal counts, confirm services booked, and any other important details, at least 1 week or more prior to the wedding.
Greet wedding vendors and be the point of contact the day of your wedding ~ this way no one is bothering you with any questions or concerns!
Cross-check venue set up, making sure ceremony and reception are set to perfection. Fixing any errors that may come up.
Distribute bouquets & pin corsages to the bridal party, attendants & family members.
Remind Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents, and honored guests when they are about to give toasts.
Assist with bridal party and family for photographs ~ things could get crazy and they may need some guidance, we will be there to help if needed.
Set-up and styling of all wedding elements ~ this is key to having your vision come to life! (Escort cards, favors, guest books, table numbers, photo booth props, DIY elements, etc.)*
Direct ushers and helpers with seating and program distribution.
Professional Day of Wedding Coordinator onsite for up to 12 hours of wedding day management ~ every wedding includes (1) wedding coordinator. Distribute final payments & gratuities as needed to vendors ~ you won’t have time to do this as you will be too busy having the best day of your life!
Retain the marriage license for the officiant.
Retrieve wedding gifts/cards ~ we will monitor the flow of the card box and personally hand the cards to you at the end of the night.
Arrange for ALL your personal items are packed up and given to a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle.
Date Change / Postponement Assistance – having to move your special day due to circumstance out of your contract can be stressful. 2020 Has taught us this all too well. We will facilitate making this process less stressful for you, by assisting with contacting your current vendors to get availability for new dates, their policies in the event of a date change, getting updated contracts secured for you, and anything else needs to make the transition a smooth one – Hey, we are in this together!
Most importantly, FULL access to the Wedding Day “Emergency Kit” ~ Trust us, it always comes in handy!

Saving your sanity during the planning process, The It's Your Day Package is so much more than just “day-of coordination.” We will provide you with the extra help and support you may need as you plan the wedding of your dreams!

The It's Your Day Package includes everything in the Peace Lilly Package, plus these additional wedding coordinator duties!
Up to 5 virtual and/or in-person meetings – one of which will be a venue walkthrough.
Vendor recommendations – we can help find the perfect vendors, get availability, and pricing for you. Making it easier for you to decide on who you want to hire, without the research time & hassle.
Help with some of the wedding planning process – We do a little more “hand-holding” with this package, which is perfect for any couple who needs even more advice and guidance throughout their time planning the perfect wedding. Sometimes you just need that go-to person that you know you can count on during those tough planning months and get even more help than our average day of coordination couple. Therefore, the services in this package ideally begin 6 months out.
Wedding Party Rehearsal ($300 value) – your coordinator will be there to coordinate and choreograph your entire bridal party and family, ensuring that everyone is comfortable walking down the aisle, knows their places, where to stand and sit, etc. — All while getting everyone off to the rehearsal dinner on time! This is already included in this package, should you need it.

All supplies for DIY projects would be purchased by the couple and shipped or delivered to your coordinator.
Help with getting paper items printed and organized – we can help get templates made for you, via Etsy or your Invitation Designers, send those files to a printer, pick finished prints up and assemble as needed.
This package can include up to 2 items you need help with. Design fees, printing fees, stamps, and items needed to assemble and overall cost of paper items are not included and will be paid by the client.

No worries, this package is perfect for you! We will be your eyes and ears on the ground making sure things get done since we are local, leaving you stress-free and confident to plan your big day from afar. It may be hard to find local vendors for example since you are out of state, but we got you covered with this package!
Having a day of Wedding Coordinator is a MUST for venues that you need to bring in all of your own vendors, since there is usually no onsite manager at the venue that oversees it’s staff, let alone your vendors, during your event. It’s important to have a professional in charge of it all and we will be there every step of the day to set up and style your wedding, managing all your outside vendors, and keeping it a well-oiled machine.
